1. Where do I place my order?

Only returned customers can place orders here.

2. How much will I pay for my medicine?

All our medications are affordable with highest quality and the cheapest prices. You can check the prices here in our websites. All the prices include shipping fee.

3. What forms of payment do you accept?

WE ACCEPT Credt Card Payment. Shipping begins 24 hours after the prescription is received by the pharmacy and the order has been filled. If your order is cancelled because order too soon, the Money will be reversed to your credit card.

4. How Does An Online Consultation Work?

Online consultations are a new concept in health care that utilize the Internet to improve patient access to physician care. The patient does not receive a traditional physical exam by the physician, but rather completes an online questionnaire and communicates with the physician using our secure online communication tool. Although online consultations will never take the place of traditional medicine, they do provide a means for patients to receive treatment for a limited number of conditions that, in certain circumstances, may not require a physical exam.

5. Is This Legal?

In developing this new Internet medium for the delivery of health care services, our organization is committed to meeting and exceeding current regulations. THIS PHARMACY only utilizes licensed US physicians that practice in the US. Our pharmacies are licensed to ship medication to all 50 states and employ licensed US pharmacists to provide you with the highest standards of pharmaceutical care. All medication is obtained from legitimate pharmaceutical wholesalers, so you rest assured you are receiving the same medication as you would at your neighborhood pharmacy.

6. What Prescription Medications Do You Dispense?

We only offer medications that can be prescribed from online consultations, therefore we carry a very limited number of medications. No legitimate online medical company will ever offer narcotics or addictive medications via the Internet. The medications offered on our website do not require a physical examination. A thorough review of your medical history is sufficient.

7. When Is My Order Reveiwed by the DR?

Generaly, all orders are reveiwed no later then 3:00pm EST by our physician. Any Order that comes in after 3:00pm EST will be reviewed the next day.

8. How will i know to take my medications and side effects?

Each prescription includes directions on usage, dosage and any information just click the product link.

9. Can I Order Medications Without Seeing A Doctor?

In most cases, yes. We encourage regular doctor visits and examinations. However, in some instances, in lieu of a physical exam in a physician’s office, the patient can complete an online questionnaire and communicate with one of our US licensed physicians using our secure online communication system. This process will never completely replace traditional medicine, but under certain circumstances, it does provide patients the ability to receive treatment for a number of conditions that may not require an additional physical exam.
For example: If you have recently had an in-office exam with a physician, in many cases you do not need to see another physical to receive a prescription for the medication you need. You can simply ask for your medical history to be reviewed by one of our US licensed physicians. A thorough review of your medical history is often sufficient for one of our doctors to be able to approve and write the prescription.
If the prescribing physician who is reviewing your questionnaire has a question about anything, a customer care specialist will contact you before determining whether or not to approve the prescription.

10. Can I Return My Medication For A Refund?

We are unable to accept returned prescription medications due to Federal Law.

SHIPPING FAQs

1. How quickly can I expect delivery?

The process takes 2 to 4 business days. After you place an order, It may take up to 3 business day to be processed. Please contact us one day later for your your tracking number.

2. What shipping methods are available?

We only provide USPS priority Mail Shipping Service now.

Once the pharmacy has received your prescription, it will be filled and shipped typically within one business day. We will notify you if there is a problem with your order.You must have an adult signature at time of delivery.

We do not ship to American Samoa, Armed Forces Africa, Armed Forces Americas, Armed Forces Canada, Armed Forces Europe, Armed Forces Middle East, Armed Forces Pacific, Federated States Of Micronesia, Guam, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands or outside the U.S.

3. Why Does The Carrier (USPS) Say My Order Isn’t In Their System?

Your Tracking Number will be e-mailed to you as soon as your prescription is filled which is usually around 4:00pm EST. Your Tracking Number will not be Viewable in the Carrier’s (USPS) System until They SCAN THE ORDER INTO THEIR SYSTEM. Which is usually after 8:00pm EST.

4. Do You Ship Orders Everyday?

We do not process prescription orders on weekends or holidays. If your order processed and is reviewed by the Doctors after 3:00 PM on Friday EST, the order will be sent to the pharmacy and shipped out the following day.

5. How about Returned Order?

Returned drugs are no use any more. We have to pay the pharmacy all the costs including review fee, shipping out and in fee, drug cost, handling fee, insurance fee, throw out fee.

6. What is label printed status?
Order is label printed but not shipped yet. Once the order is label printed, it has a tracking ID. We will send you USPS tracking ID once it is label printed

7. Do you send me my USPS tracking ID?
YES. We will send your USPS tracking ID when it is printed out. Normally every weekday evening.
